1. Account & Access

1.1 Do I need an account to use PASS EXAM?

You can browse public information without an account, but you need to create an account to access purchased exam banks, premium blogs or courses.

1.2 I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” option on the login page. If you still cannot access your account, contact us at support@passexam.top.

1.3 Can I share my account with other people?

No. Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing or reselling account access is not allowed and may result in suspension without refund. See our Terms & Condition for details.

2. Exam Bank & Content

2.1 Are your questions real exam questions?

No. PASS EXAM is an independent training provider. Our question banks are original practice questions designed to help you understand concepts, exam style and difficulty. We do not sell or distribute real exam questions.

2.2 Which exams do you cover?

We focus on major IT certifications, such as:

  • Cisco (e.g. CCNA 200-301, CCNP Enterprise ENCOR/ENARSI);
  • AWS (e.g. SAA-C03, SAP-C02, Security Specialty SCS-C02);

2.3 Does using your exam bank guarantee that I pass?

No training provider can guarantee a pass. Our materials are designed to improve your understanding and exam readiness, but your result depends on your overall preparation, experience and performance on the exam day.

2.4 How often are question banks updated?

We update question banks based on vendor blueprint changes, feedback from candidates and internal quality reviews. Our goal is to keep coverage aligned with the latest official exam objectives.

3. Payments & Subscription

3.1 Which payment methods do you support?

Payment methods may include bank cards, online wallets or cryptocurrency, depending on your region and chosen payment provider. Details are shown on the checkout page.

3.2 Will my access renew automatically?

Some products may be one-time purchases with fixed access duration (for example, 30/90/180 days), while others could be subscriptions. Please check the product description carefully before purchase.

3.3 What is your refund policy?

4. Technical Issues

4.1 The page is not loading or some features don’t work.

Please try the following steps:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies;
  • Disable ad-blockers or browser extensions that may interfere;

4.2 I cannot see the content I purchased.

Make sure you are logged in with the same account used for the purchase. If you still cannot access the content, please email us with your order information and we will check it for you.
